Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change prices depending on the season and changes in fuel prices.

All fares quoted are for point to point and any diversions, stop over will be charged according to price list.

All cash fares are paid to the driver in US dollars, Euros or UA hryvnas at the end of your journey.

Credit card prepayments or prepayments by Western Union should be made with the booking unless passenger opted cash payment mode if transfer is from Nikolaev, Ukraine.

Credit card payments will incur an extra charge for processing fees.

We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services if their luggage's are Extremely excess and deemed as unsafe for the vehicle on the road.

Generally passengers are responsible to load and unload their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage. Our drivers will offer hand of help in many cases with your luggage at passenger's discretion.

All prices quoted are per car.

There are seasonal 50% surcharges on our prices on specific dates only. These are 24 – 26 December & 31 and 1st of every year.

There may be an additional charge if the passenger has to make a stop on the way of the journey or any other diversion on the way. The drivers are competent and have a good working knowledge of Ukraine and strive to take the shortest possible route on that specific day. If you may need to make another stop on the way the passenger will need to be given 6 hrs prior notice. If on the way the passenger suddenly needs to make a stop or there is optional extras they would like to take that was not booked in advance then it is up to the discretion of the driver to see if it is possible to comply with the request, they might need to pay driver in cash for it.

If the passenger misses the flight coming into one of the Ukrainian airports, the passenger has to call us (email us) immediately and there will be no extra cost involved if the passenger calls (emails) at least 3 hours before the scheduled arrival of that flight.

At the airport the driver will wait in the arrivals terminal. If the passenger has been waiting in other place of the airport and fails to make contact with the driver, the passenger should call the company so as to arrange how to meet. Passenger should not just leave the airport without letting the company know as this will be regarded as a no show.

The company reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Public Carriage Office.

Privacy and security policy.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly to process your booking and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse marketing email from us or another trader in the future.

The type of information we collect are: your name, address, phone number, email address. We don’t collect information about your credit/debit card details, but our credit card payment processor collects it. We will not collect any other sensitive information without your explicit consent. The information we will collect about you will be secure.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You may check the information we are holding by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or promptly correct it.

Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation of transfer reservation we do not refund advance payment for the booking!
We guarantee full refund to the credit card if reservation cancellation is our fault.
